  • Store your Mussels in a fridge below 5⁰C. Once opened, consume within 24 hours. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date, see the front of pack.

  • This product has been previously frozen and returned to chilled temperature under controlled conditions. Further freezing will not affect the quality. If you would like to freeze your Mussels, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within use by date. Once frozen consume within one month. Defrost thoroughly and use the same day. Once defrosted do not refreeze.

  • Allergy advice: mollusc. Also not suitable for customers with allergy to fish or crustaceans
