  • Keep your Smoked Salmon in the fridge and eat within two days of opening. Do not exceed the use by date.

  • This product may have been previously frozen and restored to chill temperatures under carefully controlled conditions. It is still suitable for home freezing. For best quality, freeze as soon as possible and always within use by date on the front of pack. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge for a minimum of 8 hours and use within 24 hours. Once defrosted do not refreeze.

  • Keep your Frozen Smoked Salmon in the freezer at -18°C or below. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
