WHAT YOU’LL NEED
1 Small onion, finely chopped
1 Celery stick, finely chopped
1/2 Red chilli, finely chopped
Splash of olive oil
Peel of a small lemon, cut into fine strips
40ml Vodka
1/2 tsp Celery Salt
Splash of Worcestershire sauce and dash of hot sauce, to your taste
1tsp Sherry Vinegar
1 Pack of Real Seafood Co Mussel Meat
Pinch of Pepper
A handful of flat leaf parsley, finely chopped or torn

method
Let’s make something delicious
Step One
Start by heating the oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat. Add the onion, celery, chilli, and lemon and fry for around 8 minutes, until soft.
Step Two
Next, add the vodka, tomato juice, celery salt, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, sherry vinegar and 75ml of water. Mix together and simmer for a couple of minutes. Season to your taste.
Step Three
With the pan bubbling, add the mussels and cover with a lid to steam for 2 minutes until the mussels are throughly warmed through. To serve, garnish with parsley and a little more fresh chilli and lemon, if desired. Get stuck in with bread and fries!
