160g linguine
50g butter
1 fat garlic clove, finely sliced
1 x 140g pack Real Seafood Co King Prawns
1/2 lemon, juice and zest
Handful of skinned hazelnuts, toasted and roughly crushed
A few sprigs of fresh dill, chopped
Grind of black pepper
Pinch of salt

method
Let’s make something delicious
Step one
Bring a saucepan of water to the boil. Add the linguine with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of oil and cook under pack instructions. Once cooked, drain, reserving a couple of tablespoons of the pasta water.
Step two
Over a medium heat, melt the butter in a large pan. Cook for 2 minutes, until golden brown and foaming. Add the sliced garlic and cook for a further minute.
Step three
Next add the prawns, pasta with reserved water, lemon zest, juice and dill. Stir and toss together for a couple of minutes, until the prawns a piping hot.
Step four
To serve, swirl the pasta onto plates and top with the crushed hazelnuts and a sprinkle more chopped dill. Enjoy immediately, deliciously hot!
