1x Pack of Real Seafood Co Raw Argentinian Red Prawns
75ml Cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tbsp White wine vinegar
1 Garlic clove, minced
Half a sweet onion, finely chopped
1x Small red chilli, chopped
1/2 tsp Sea salt
1/4 tsp Dried oregano
1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp Smoked paprika
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley (from about 1 bunch of parsley, coarse stems removed)

Let’s make something delicious
Step One
In a bowl, mix the chopped herbs, garlic, onion, and chilli with the oil and vinegar. Season to taste with salt. Let it sit for a a few minutes whilst you prepare the shrimps.
Step Two
Heat a little oil over a medium-high heat. Pan fry the shrimps for a few minutes on either side until cooked through.
Step Three
Once cooked, stir the shrimps through the chimichurri until coated. Serve with some crust bread to mop up the tasty sauce – enjoy!
