1 Pack of Real Seafood Co Raw King Prawns
6x Bao Buns
2 tbsp Cornflour
Oil (for frying)
For the Sauce:
1.5 tbsp Gochujang
1 tbsp Ketchup
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Brown sugar
1 tsp Sesame oil
To Serve:
Pickled cabbage
Spring onions
Coriander
Sesame Seeds

Let’s make something delicious
Step one
Put the cornflour in a bowl and season with salt. Toss the prawns in the cornflour until evenly coated.
Step Two
Over a high heat, pour enough oil in a pan to cover the whole base, at a depth of approximately 1 inch.
Step three
Fry the prawns until cooked through and crispy. Set aside on some kitchen paper once cooked.
Step four
To make the sauce, heat all ingredients in a pan over a medium heat. Once thickened and sticky, add the prawn and stir to coat.
Step five
Steam bao buns as per pack instructions. Then fill the bins with pickled cabbage, the prawns and top with coriander, spring onions, and sesame seeds – Enjoy!
