WHAT YOU’LL NEED
4 tbsp olive oil divided
20g breadcrumbs
2 tbsp fresh flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
170g Fusilli Col Buco (alternatively spaghetti or linguine)
3 garlic cloves, sliced
1 tsp ancho chilli flakes
1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
1 x pack Real Seafood Co Crayfish Tails

Let’s make something delicious
Step one
Add a small glug of oil to a pan and toast the breadcrumbs, stirring occasionally until gold. Remove from the heat and stir in a pinch of parsley. Set aside.
Step two
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on pack, until just al dente. While the pasta is cooking, heat the remaining oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the garlic for around a minute, until fragrant and soft. Sprinkle in the chilli flakes, flat leaf parsley and oyster sauce. Add a dash of the pasta water to the pan and bring to a simmer to emulsify into a sauce.
Step three
Add the cooked pasta to the pan, followed by the crayfish. Gently toss together, then spoon into bowls and top with the breadcrumbs. Get stuck in!
