1 tbsp Olive oil
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Garlic clove, sliced
200g Cherry Tomatoes
100g Orzo
200ml Vegetable Stock
2 tbsp Harissa paste
100g Kale (any green will do!)
1/2 Small bunch dill, chopped
1 x Pack of Real Seafood Co Raw Argentinian Red Shrimps
1 Lemon (1/2 Juiced, 1/2 cut into wedges)

Let’s make something delicious
Step One
Heat oil in an overproof pan. Fry onion for 8-10 mins until soft, then add garlic (30 secs), then tomatoes and a splash of water. Simmer for 5-10 mins until saucy. Heat oven to 180°C (fan 160°C).
Step Two
Stir in orzo, stock, 1 tbsp harissa, greens, and half of the dill. Simmer, then bake uncovered 8-10 mins until orzo in tender.
Step Three
Toss prawns with 1/2 tbsp harissa and lemon juice. Scatter over orzo, bake 5-8mins until pink.
Serve with remaining dill and lemon wedges!
