WHAT YOU’LL NEED
For the Hot Honey Crayfish:
1x Pack Real Seafood Co Ready to Eat Crayfish
2-3 tsp The Saucerer Tim's Calabrian Hot Pasta Sauce
For the Zingy Sour Cream dressing:
1 tbsp Sour cream
1.5 tbsp Yogurt
Good squeeze of lime
0/5 tsp Smoked Paprika
Pinch of onion granules
Handful of coriander, finely chopped
To serve:
Sourdough, grilled or toasted
1/2 Avocado, smashed
A leaf or two of cos lettuce
Crispy fried chilli, optional

Let’s make something delicious
Step one
In a small bowl, mix the crayfish with the hot sauce.
Step two
To make the sour cream dressing, simply mix together all of the ingredients.
Step three
When you’re ready to eat, toast chunky slices of sourdough, then load on the crayfish. Drizzle over the sour cream dressing, and finish with some crispy chilli – if you wish! Get stuck in!
