WHAT YOU’LL NEED
1 tbsp Groundnut oil
2 tbsp Cashew nuts
1x Pack of Real Seafood Raw Argentinian Red Shrimp
2 Garlic cloves
1 tbsp Grated ginger
1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
1/4 tsp Szechuan peppercorns, crushed
4 Spring onions, chopped diagonally into 3cm lengths
For the Sauce:
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
1 tsp Caster sugar
1 tsp Cornflour + 100ml water
To serve: Noodles or Rice

Let’s make something delicious
Step One
Heat oil in a wok. Fry cashews until golden, then remove. Stir fry prawns for 2-3 mins until pink, then remove.
Step Two
Fry the garlic, ginger, chilli, pepper, and spring onion for 2 mins. Then gradually mix the sauce ingredients into the cornflour and add the water. Return prawns and cashews, add the sauce, toss until thickened.
Serve with rice or noodles – enjoy!
