WHAT YOU’LL NEED
1 tbsp cream cheese, with extra for spreading
2-3 rounded tbsp kimchi
1/2 lime, juiced
Pinch of salt
1 spring onion, finely sliced
Handful of coriander, roughly chopped
1 x 100g pack Real Seafood Co Crayfish Tails
Rye style loaf, thickly sliced
Pinch of chilli flakes
Sesame seeds, to garnish

Let’s make something delicious
Step one
Start by slicing the spring onion, roughly chopping the coriander and juicing the lime. Set aside a little of the coriander and spring onion for garnishing.
Step two
In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, kimchi, lime and salt. Fold in the spring onion, coriander and crayfish.
Step three
Toast the bread and spread with a little more cream cheese. Top with the crayfish mix, and finish by garnishing with a sprinkle of sesame seeds, a little extra coriander, handful of spring onions and a pinch of chilli flakes. Tuck in!
