1 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, crushed or finely chopped
1 x pack Real Seafood Co Mixed Seafood
Pinch of chilli flakes
Splash of white wine
A handful of baby tomatoes, quartered
A handful of parsley, chopped
1/2 lemon, juiced
A handful of spinach, roughly torn
130ml single cream
Salt and pepper, to taste
250g tagliatelle, cooked according to pack, with a tbsp of the cooking water reserved

method
Let’s make something delicious
Step one
In a large pan, heat the butter over a medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for a minute until fragrant, then fry the seafood for a further minute, until starting to turn golden.
Step two
Sprinkle over a pinch of chilli flakes, followed by the splash of white wine. Reduce down by cooking for a minute, then add the chopped tomatoes, followed by the parsley and spinach. Allow it to wilt down, then add the lemon juice.
Step three
Next pour in the cream and allow to come to a simmer for around 5 minutes, until it thickens a little.
Step one
Toss the sauce with cooked pasta and a splash of the pasta cooking water. Serve and savour!
