2x Packs of Real Seafood Co Crayfish Tails
Soft White Tacos
1 Small white cabbage head, shredded
6 Radishes, julienned
2 tbsp Chopped Green jalapeños
Small bunch of coriander, chopped
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
Juice of half a lime
3 tbsp soured cream
1 heaped tsp Bart Chipotle paste
1 tsp Bart Sweet Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp Bart Ancho Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Mexican Oregano
Sliced red chilli to serve

Let’s make something delicious
Step One
In a bowl, toss together the cabbage, radishes, jalapeños, coriander, lime juice and mayo in a bowl, with a pinch of salt
Step Two
Mix together the soured cream and chipotle paste – have a taste and add some more chipotle if you like!
Step Three
In a frying pan, heat a glug of oil over a medium heat. Add the crayfish tails and give it a toss. Then add the smoked paprika, ancho chilli, and Mexican oregano. Keep stirring until crayfish is completely heated through and the spices are super fragrant.
Step Four
Heat the tacos in a dry pan, and then layer up the chipotle soured cream, slaw and crayfish – top with chilli for added kick, and enjoy!
