WHAT YOU’LL NEED
For the burgers
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 x pack Real Seafood Co Sweet Chilli Salmon Fillets
Handful chopped coriander, roughly chopped
Thumb sized knob of fresh ginger, grated or finely chopped
30g panko breadcrumbs or a slice of stale bread, torn into pieces
Splash of oil
To serve
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp mayonnaise
A handful of lettuce
2 brioche burger buns

Let’s make something delicious
Step one
To make the burgers, remove the skin and roughly flake the salmon into the bowl of a blender. Add the coriander, ginger, bread or panko breadcrumbs, and a splash of oil. Pulse a few times to mix, then divide the mix in half and use your hands to shape into two patties. At this stage, you can pop in the fridge to firm up, or pop straight in the pan.
Step two
To make the serving sauce, simply mix the teriyaki and mayonnaise in a small bowl.
Step three
When you’re ready to cook, add a splash of oil to a pan over a medium heat and fry for around 2-4 minutes each side, until hot through. Alternatively, grill on the BBQ for 2-4 minutes each side. Whilst cooking, lightly toast the burger buns.
Step four
To serve, layer up the burgers, sauce and lettuce. Get stuck in straightway!
