WHAT YOU’LL NEED
1x Pack of Real Seafood Company Smoked Salmon, roughly chopped
1x Pack of microwavable sushi rice
1-2 tbsp Kewpie mayo (to taste)
1 tbsp Sriracha
1 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
To Serve:
A few sheets of nori
Avocado, sliced
Spring onions, finely chopped
Sprinkling of sesame seeds

Let’s make something delicious
Step One
Cook the sushi rice as per pack instructions, and then leave to cool.
Step Two
Empty the rice into a bowl and top with the mayo, sriracha, soy sauce and salmon. Mix well until everything is combined.
Step Three
Top with spring onions, sesame seeds, and avocado – be sure to sure the nori instead of a fork/spoon. Enjoy!
